What this means for you
Your account with your horses’ clinical history is held within a secure shared database. This will enable us to securely access your horses’ records at the new equine practice. As Epona Equine Vets is an equine only practice, you will receive an enhanced level of service dealing with purely equine veterinary surgeons both during normal working hours and out of hours.

Horse Health Programme
Your membership of The Horse Health Programme will automatically transfer to the Epona Equine Vets together with details of your account. You can continue to enjoy your usual discounts and savings, however, in line with the terms and conditions of the HHP, the visit fee will be charged although this will be equally divided between the number of clients seen on the visit.
Please note, there will be a change in your Horse Health Programme reference number, which will show as different on your bank statement for the monthly direct debit. If you have any concerns regarding your membership please contact hpc@cvsvets.com
Any of your pets using the Healthy Pet Club will continue to have membership at Knox & Devlin and this service will continue, although you may receive a new healthy Pet Club reference number for them.
