We are a small animal practice in the heart of the Peak District. We are passionate about animal care and our skilled team of veterinarians and vet nurses are dedicated to providing the highest quality care. Because we love animals and strive to provide excellent continuity of care, we are open six days a week and have access to our own 24-hour emergency care that our own vets are responsible for at the practice.
Pauline has a long standing history at the practice, having worked here since 2001. She lives locally with her husband and two sons. She has a Border Collie, Skye and cat, Smokey. When not at work Pauline spends most of her time helping out at her family sheep and beef farm, where she and Skye are also seen regularly out in the fields especially at lambing time. In her spare time Pauline enjoys walking, reading and can occasionally be found out socialising with her friends.
Tara joined the reception team in 2018 to pursue a career working with animals. She lives locally with her boyfriend and their daughter, Willow. She has a Shetland Sheepdog called Marley, a crazy Bengal cat called Bella and a horse called Amber. In her spare time she likes to spend time with friends and family, as well as enjoying spending time at the stables with her horse or riding and going to the gym.
Michaela joined Knox & Devlin in 1991 to pursue her vocation of working with animals. Michaela lives in Buxworth with her four cats, Mara, Purdy, Pretty and Pink and her three black Labradors, Tulani, Alfie and Thando. Any leisure time is spent taking her dogs on long walks with her friends in the beautiful Peak District hills and on the beaches of Formby and North Wales.
Emma joined Knox & Devlin in February 2018. She lives in Marple with her husband and two young daughters. In her spare time, Emma enjoys caring for her horses, holidays and spending time outdoors with her family.
Sue has been our cleaner here for many years and we would be lost without her. She can be relied upon to do a brilliant job and always has a smile and a kind word for everyone.
